another wedding cake

hey everyone. I have been extremely busy lately. my boss gave his two weeks notice a month ago and quit. so now i am running the pastry shop for two hotels. they are in the process of looking for a new executive pastry chef, but until then it is very stressful. i have been working 6 days a week 12-14 hours a day. i am TIRED!!
so i did this wedding cake last week. the lady is russian and she wanted a hot pink wedding cake. so i gave her a pink wedding cake, and i think it turned out pretty well.
i keep hearing how cold it is in st louis, well, i am tan down here in texas cause it is cold at night but warm and sunny during the day, so when i have time i have been sitting on my back porch in the sun. it is so nice =) hee hee hee
